Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file, template, form, policy, procedure, ebook, bundle, or downloadable product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order
- You did not receive access to your purchased files
- There was a technical issue preventing delivery of the product
